
New Airport Construction At Skardu
The Federal government has planned to construct a pristine worldwide broad air terminal (International airport) in Skardu to elevate the travel industry and to meet the cravings of overall explorers.
The federal minister for information and broadcasting, Fawad Chaudhry, tended to the media in Islamabad and expressed that the public authority will construct an all-environment global air terminal in Skardu and will overhaul the current air terminals in Skardu and Gilgit to all-environment air terminals.
“The Prime Minster Imran Khan has rigorously coordinated to hold all air terminals associated with the travel industry functional through the year,” he added.
Development in Gilgit-Baltistan
Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) has a homegrown common air terminal in Skardu. There are two black-top runways inside the air terminal — one is 8,740 feet (2,664 m) long and the other one is 11,944 feet. (3,641 m) protracted.

Skardu and Gilgit is two principal the travel industry center points in GB, and endeavors are in progress to work on the business there.
In related news, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) routes reported new flight tasks from Faisalabad and Sialkot to Skardu, as per high priest Imran khan’s innovative and perceptive to build up home the travel industry.
