
Chicken Karahi Ingredients
Ingredients | Quantity |
Chicken | ½ kg |
Oil | ¼ |
Yogurt | 2 tbsp |
Tomato | ½ |
Salt | To your taste |
Dry Red Chili | 2 tbsp |
Fenugreek powder | 1 tbsp |
Ground Coriander | 1 tsp |
Garam masala powder | 1 tbsp |
Green Chili (large) | 5 |
Ginger paste | 2 tbsp |
Chopped ginger | 1 tbsp |
Butter | 2 tbsp |

Cooking directions:
- Heat the oil.
- Add chicken, stir and fry quickly until brown.
- Put in ginger paste and stir.
- Add tomato and stir.
- Now add all other spices and stir.
- Add yogurt at the end with green chili.
- Cook until water dries.
- Add butter.
- Lower the flame of your stove.
- Garnish with sliced ginger and green chili.
Dish out. Serve it with tandoori roti and raita.
