Multan Sultans team won the final of the 6th edition of the 2021 Pakistan Super League (PSL 6). The Peshawar team lost in the last for the third year straight (2018, 2019, and 2021).

It was the fourth time in PSL history that the team that got into finals for first time, always become the champions. Islamabad United (2016), Peshawar Zalmi (2017) and the Karachi Kings (2020) all figured out how to win the title in their first last. The Quetta Gladiators team won in 2019 after a misfortune in 2016 and 2017.
