
Multan Sultans Wins HBL PSL 6
Multan Sultans team won the final of the 6th edition of the 2021 Pakistan Super League (PSL 6). The Multan’s team, driven by the star wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan, arrived at the finals for the first time. They Crushed, the 2017 champions Peshawar Zalmi, with 47 runs. The Peshawar team lost in the last for the third year straight (2018, 2019, and 2021).
It was the fourth time in PSL history that the team that got into finals for first time, always become the champions. Islamabad United (2016), Peshawar Zalmi (2017) and the Karachi Kings (2020) all figured out how to win the title in their first last. The Quetta Gladiators team won in 2019 after a misfortune in 2016 and 2017.

Lahore Qalandars is the solitary team that has not become a winner, even after reaching the finals. Multan turned into the 6th team to arrive at the PSL finals. Up to the present, except Lahore, every one of the five of the franchises has got an opportunity to lift the trophy.
