PCB Planning to Host Five Important ICC Events From 2024 to 2031

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has planned to host the five significant ICC occasions, which will be held from 2024 to 2031, including the ODI world cup and the Twenty20 Champions ‘ Cup. It became realized that the ICC had asked from its member nations about their expression of interest. An independent commission would be set up by the game’s worldwide administering body will survey the application in December to give the report an ultimate conclusion one year from now.

Pakistan is the last host of the FIFA World Cup in 1996, alongside India and Sri-Lanka, as the worldwide body dismissed the decision of letting PCB host the Champions ‘ Cup in 2008 and the 2011 world Cup, in view of the security reasons.
